Unlocked: Escape Rooms Hastings provides live escape room experiences. All bookings, activities, and website use are subject to these terms. We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time, and continued use of the site signifies your acceptance of any changes.

2. Bookings and Payments

  • All bookings must be made through our website or in person.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Once a booking is confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent to the address provided.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your booking may be eligible for a reschedule or refund at our discretion.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session are non-refundable.
  • No refunds are available for no-shows or late arrivals.

4. Arrival and Participation

  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time.
  • Late arrivals may result in reduced play time or forfeiture of the session.
  • Participants must follow all staff instructions and safety rules.
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove participants behaving inappropriately, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or causing disruption.

5. Age Restrictions

  • Players under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Some rooms may not be suitable for young children; please check the room descriptions before booking.

6. Health and Safety

  • Players take part at their own risk.
  • Unlocked: Escape Rooms Hastings is not liable for injuries, loss, or damage unless caused by our negligence.
  • Some rooms may contain low lighting, loud sounds, or confined spaces — please inform us in advance of any accessibility needs.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Personal data collected for bookings will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used only for managing your booking and related communication.

8. Intellectual Property
